HANDLING Step 1 - Unpack. Unpack hybcell from air-tight packaging Step 2 - Fill in samples. Liquid sample is filled into the hybcell via the axial central channel with help of a pipette or robot. A rubber lid is put onto the hybcell. Step 3 - Feed hybcon with data. Link sample and hybcell ID and transfer hybcell to hyborg: Each sample is linked to a uniquely barcoded hybcell. Step 4 - Transfer to hyborg. Up to 8 hybcells are held by one magazine. After transferring this magazine to the hyborg no more manual labor is necessary - hyborg operates and processes hybcells fully automatically (see next page). Step 5 - View and confirm results. Results are provided both in tabular format and graphically. Each result is stored within a database and can be exported or printed. |
