SuperSep Phos-tag (50 umol/l), 83 x 100 x 3.9 mm (for Bio-Rad) is a pre-cast polyacrylamide gel containing Phos-tag with zinc ion (Zn2+) which is used for the separation of phosphorylated proteins during SDS-PAGE. This gel is produced with 50 umol/l Phos-tag Acrylamide. It is specifically designed to be used with Bio-Rad’s Mini-PROTEAN Tetra Cell. This product is for research use only.
