Description TransNGSTM Library DNA Quantification Standards (S1-S6) is DNA Standard used to quantify DNA libraries prepared for Illumina next generation sequencing platforms. Five DNA standards (linear DNAs) with different GC contents (25%，37.5%，50%，62.5%，75%) are provided for customers to choose from. All Standards come with six 10-fold dilutions (S1-S6) with the concentrations from 0.0002 pM to 20 pM. The amplified product Quantity is 420 bp.
